Love through your experiences

Just let the love in, in this moment and fill the space your in with an abundance of love, its like glittering bubbles that fills the whole room your in. Bubbles that starts to burst in your body as well. It will crack through your high walls you have around your heart, like it slowly melts away its outer shelter. Still left is your open heart bursting with new energy. Let the bubbles take place in your heart, feel them how they bursts and leave the energy of excitement, magic, lightness, warmth and intense vibration that starts to whirl around in your heart space. When the circle of energy have nowhere to go it starts to shine through your heart in all directions. Imagine yourself as a lightning bulb inside your heart that just bursts outwards with a shine so strong that it fills the whole space of the universe. This is you, the pure you that you have always been and always will.


And as a reminder. They cant steal the love your born to find. Go find it. Its yours.

Wanting to escape reality

Heal our wounds - It's time my loves

We carry a lot of past hurts and recent hurts. Isn't it time to drop the burdens of the pain your walking with? Time to let go of the hurts, the pain, the wounds. Leave it like you take off your backpack and leave it on the floor. Today is winter solstice and the darkest days have already been in our realities. But we are in the shift now. We can choose to leave all the hurts and the sadness and dark places in our hearts in the past and go furthur into the future with a clean sheet.
