Wanting to escape reality
When storms abrupt our lives or we feel like we loose our senses of having control over the circumstances we're in we need to get in touch with reality again. We need to ground ourselves and understand that confusing moments it's all apart of life. If you feel like you have a difficult time now to get things done, feel excited about things to come and don't recognize yourself fully. You need to understand that you are in transformation-mode and the best way according to me to get grounded again with reality is to write gratitude lists. I want to challenge you in this moment, to get a pen and paper and sit down with yourself and really ask yourself; what are the 10 things I am most grateful for in this moment? It can be really hard, like you can't even figure out one when you start to think about it. But you can break the problem into small steps.
